I have placed four good orders this year with JWL and as a company, I would recommend them, the orders always arrive promptly, they are well packed and we are kept informed of the process. The last order has left me feeling very disappointed and whilst I know it's not the fault of JWL it is the manufacturer and Carlise Brass has seriously gone down in my list of trusted manufacturers. First impressions always count, this is the first time I have purchased Atlantic products and these door packs. I picked up a box and wow, the weight was surprising! The hinges are a heavy part but whilst I haven't installed them yet visually and presentation they are excellent and I look forward to seeing them installed on some new solid oak doors. Roy Tucker
