I made a mistake when ordering my handle but Colin suggested a solution which worked very well. When I received the handle and lock button I was immediately impressed with the packaging and weight of the handle.on unwrapping the packages it was obvious that these were quality items. All of the hardware and ironmongery in my house has been supplied by JWL, including all internal door knobs, kitchen cabinet handles, latches and catches etc. The price point is very competitive but the service is second to none. Colin and the team are communicative and very helpful. The manufacturer of the items I wanted have clearly had some lead time delays of late which has made getting all parts a bit of a challenge. Where another supplier I used first was not at all interested in being helpful, JWL have been able to tell me what stock they can send immediately, and what lead times to expect on remaining items. That way I've been able to plan and prioritise based on what's available. I won't bother looking anywhere other than JWL next time I need any ironmongery. Jack McKenna

Excellent quality door stop. The antique brass finish looks premium and the diamond knurled detailing gives it a much more expensive feel than standard door stops. Solid construction, easy to install, and it complements both traditional and modern interiors very well. I purchased it to match other antique brass ironmongery and was pleased with how well the finish matched. It feels robust and well made, not flimsy like some cheaper alternatives.
